Amazing Putting Training Aid To Improve Consistency of Your Putting Stroke.

quiet stroke putting aid

I have used many putting training aids, and I feel as though I am a very good putter. And my putting thought was to make sure my eyes are focused on the golf ball, so when I found a new and very unique putting aid that focuses on your putting stroke, I had to try it.

The company is Quiet Stroke and their putting training aid focuses only on your putting stroke. Quiet Stroke sharpens your visual targeting and calms the mind. It use4s optical cues to retrain your brain so you stay focused, centered, and confident with every putting stroke. You are not focusing on the golf ball any longer, you are freeing up your mind and your stroke, so the stroke becomes ingrained into your putting.

Here is some info from the company regarding the Quiet Stroke Training aid…

QuietStroke does not change the mechanics of your stroke. It simply addresses your visual focus, giving your brain time to process relevant visual information, suppress distractions (both external and internal), plan and coordinate the movement, and stabilize the body before and during execution. This translates into cleaner, more confident strokes with greater control under pressure.

When your eyes are locked on the ball, your brain is processing the wrong information at the wrong time. Instead of coordinating a smooth, confident stroke, it’s bracing for impact, second-guessing the line, and the pace.  Your mind is cluttered with too many thoughts.

What QuietStroke Does

QuietStroke trains your focus by removing the ball from your field of vision during practice.

Without the ball to fixate on, your gaze naturally shifts to where it should be.  A few inches ahead of the ball.  You align, settle, and go. The clutter in your mind clears and your stroke becomes what it’s supposed to be: simple and repeatable.

Over time, that’s not just a practice habit. It becomes your game.

What Changes

Golfers who practice with QuietStroke consistently report:

  • A calmer, more controlled stroke
  • Less head and hand movement
  • Smoother tempo with no jerky or rushed movements
  • Better putter face control
  • Fewer anxious thoughts over the ball

The goal is to create a repeatable, tension-free stroke that improves accuracy and distance control, both on and around the greens.

I have been practicing with the Quiet Stroke for several weeks and it is a game changer. No more eyes over the golf ball or slightly inside the golf ball; you are only focused on your stroke through the golf ball. Since the Quiet Stroke training aid hides your golf ball, you can be calm and centered on just your putting stroke.

And since I am not focusing on the golf ball, my tempo is much better and consistent. In addition, I am no longer rushed to hit the golf ball, and I feel like I have more control over the face of my putter. I have seen immediate better putter consistency, and my stroke is much smoother, which allows me to strike the golf ball on the exact same plane every time.

Bottom line, the Quiet Stroke training aid is a great way to improve your putting stroke. It’s such a unique putting aid unlike anything else I have ever seen or used before, and the hiding the golf ball allows you to focus exclusively on your putting stroke, tempo, and face. I love how portable it is so it easily can fit into my golf bag and be used either on the golf course, at home, or when traveling. So, if you want a calmer, smoother, and more confident putting stroke the Quiet Stroke may be the answer for you, I know it’s working for me and I will continue using it.
