I love using a rangefinder as in my opinion there is no better way to get really accurate distances to the flag, hazards, and even lay ups spots. And this company who I have done reviews for in the past may be the true leader in rangefinder technology and I know there are many tour caddies and pro’s who use them.
The company is Bushnell Golf, and they make some amazing golf rangefinders without a doubt. And their Tour V7 Shift rangefinder has some new features that are truly exceptional. The first feature that you get with the Bushnell Golf Tour V7 Shift is their Slope First Technology which gives you compensated pay as distances in a green easy to see color in the display.
The Bushnell Golf V7 Shift rangefinder also has all the great features you expect in a high-quality rangefinder including, slope, it’s magnetic, OLED display for extreme clarity, yardage range recall which gives you last ranged distance by simply pressing on the mode button. In addition, the Tour V7 Shift has pinseeker with visual jolt, and they have partnered with Foresight Sports to offer LINK-Enabled technology, taking your stock club yardages provided by your launch monitor to give you personalized club recommendations right in your laser rangefinder’s display.
I have been using my Bushnell Golf Tour V7 Shift rangefinder on several golf courses over the past month, and it is deadly accurate, and the clarity on it is simply amazing. The Slope and Slope First Technology are extremely helpful on almost every hole and almost every course I play is very hilly, so you are shooting either uphill or downhill to a flag or hazard on almost every hole. As I’ve said before I’m a huge fan of a rangefinder that is magnetic so it’s almost available quickly and easily being on the golf cart, and the Tour V7 Shift is also IPX6 Water resistant which gives you piece of mind playing in the rain and wet conditions.
Bottom line, the Bushnell Golf Tour V7 Shift rangefinder is a rock solid high-quality rangefinder. It has so many features that are amazing and deadly accurate, and the OLED display is crystal clear. It’s built to last and buile for golfers to play their best without question.
