Having a game plan was something I really never thought much about. You hear the PGA pro’s talk about having a plan but I thought how do I ever come up with a plan, thinking it would be more of guesswork than a real plan. Well, I found an app that can help with a solid game plan and offers several options.
The app is www.hello-birdie.com and it has a bunch of very cool features. Before you even start playing you can define your game plan, then during the round while playing with the app you can choose several options whether you want the highest risk-reward option or playing it safe.
The first thing I did in the app was put how far my average distances were for every club in my bag. This will help a lot on the golf course when deciding on your game plan, and the app helps you on every shot with that. The Hello-Birdie app offers excellent GPS distances, golf club recommendations, tracking and a very helpful dashboard.
The Hello-Birdie app also has round stats so you can see your round info, and a scorecard. In my opinion the Hello-Birdie app is a great help planning out a golf round, helping you decide which club to play, and offering real time plays like distances. The options to play it safe or play for a lower score are very exciting when deciding what to do, and it’s unlike any other app I have seen.
Bottom line, if you want to create a game plan before you play a round, have the option to make changes on the golf course based on conditions or how you are playing, and like real time GPS with plays like distances, the Hello-Birdie app is awesome.
