A Golf Grip that Makes for a Consistent Grip.

get grip right golf grip

As we grip the golf club, how do we know if we are gripping it at the same and best location every time. Obviously with today’s grips we don’t know if our grip position is ideal, and if it is how do we make sure we regrip the golf club in that position every time. Now there is a way to get you a consistent grip position every time.

The company is GripRight. GripRight has developed a golf grip that you can mark on the bottom part of the golf grip the exact location your hand position should be every time. This exact location is based on you first finding the ideal location your hand works best on the club, and then there is a unique marking system they use so you know the exact location the next time your grip the golf club.

Here’s how it works. You start by placing your hands on the golf grip and start hitting golf balls. Then you find the coordinates that work best for you down to the millimeter. This is where your hands feel the best and you have the most confidence. Then you write down the coordinates in the small white box on the bottom of the golf grip.  It’s that easy.

I added a GripRight to my 9- iron, and used it to find my ideal grip position. I put it on my 9-iron as I tend to use it more often than other irons for some reason. The first thing I did was to take my 9-iron to the range where I hit about 40- 50 golf balls over 2 sessions at the range. Once I found my ideal hand position, I wrote it on the white part at the bottom of the grip, and then took it to the golf course for the real test. It was a great feeling not having to think where to put my hands and I can honestly say I felt much more confident every time I used my 9-iron.

Bottom line, if you want to take the guess work out of where to put your hands on the golf grip every time, using the GripRight grips will not only solve that but in addition will give you more confidence every time you place your hands on the golf club.
