I have been using the Chirp Wheels for almost 2 months now. I tend to use the 10” Chirp Wheel more often, as it feels great on my back, where most of my pain is. The 6” really digs deep, and the 4” I use on my neck area occasionally when I feel stressed or have a headache.
I can say that I truly prefer the 10” Chirp Wheel over the foam roller. It feels like it is really light but in a firm way really gets into my back and gets me more relief after using it for 3 minutes or so, 3-4 days a week.
I’m a believer in stretching and trying to stay as flexible as possible, so I can perform better on the golf course.
