I took the Anti-Flip Stick to the range to test it out. Initially I was hitting myself slightly with it as I was practicing just swing a club and not trying to hit balls. It takes practice and some time to start swinging with the Anti-Flick Stick correctly, just like any other training aid its not a one swing fix, but something that will help you to ingrain the memory of how to swing the club back and through correctly.
