I have been using alignment sticks at the range for years to make sure my feet were lined up to the line I wanted to hit to. However, I always thought about my knees, shoulders, and eyes being lined up corrected and had no idea how to check that out, until now.
The Why Golf Alignment Mirror is a great alignment training aid, because it lets you align your entire body. You can see your knees, shoulders, eyes, and even your swing. The Why Golf Alignment Mirror is in a concave shape, so it allows you to look down and see your entire body, plus with the included to small rods, it sets up the ideal feet position.
The Why Golf Alignment Mirror also has lines on it for ball position and to center your body correctly. To use the Alignment Mirror, you place the 2 included rods into each end and if you want you can place a golf ball down on the front line, however no golf ball is needed to check your alignment. You can also see your backswing with the Alignment Mirror, so you know if you are taking the golf club too far inside or too far outside.

I was in need off making sure my shoulders were aligned properly and I immediately saw I was not.
