The Effortless Power System is an online course from Nathan Sprague. It contains about a dozen bit size videos that will take you from start to finish with your golf swing. Each video is about 3-10 minutes, making each one very easy to follow along and understand.
The individual lessons start with equipment, then set up, backswing, transition, downswing, impact, and finally throughswing and finish. I found each lesson to be very informative and easy to follow. The lessons are not about mechanics, they are about key elements of each part of the swing and how to achieve the proper positioning to make sure you have the best chance of making solid contact.
Included with several lessons, Nathan uses some excellent training aids and devices which I have used and continue to use. I’m sure many of you have these or can find them online at very affordable prices. The key to any online lesson or even in person lessons, is to practice what you have learned. No golf coach can say if you do this or that you will be a scratch player tomorrow; however, with practice and proper guidance you will see improvements.
Overall, I really enjoyed the Effortless Power System. Nathan Sprague does a great job taking each part of the swing and really breaking it down into bite size pieces. Each bite size piece lets you follow along and understand the lesson he is presenting. The information and advice Nathan gives I found to be very helpful, and if you are interested in a easy to follow non mechanical golf swing system, The Effortless Power System is a very good choice.
