What it always boils down to is does the golf tee really do what it says it can do. So, it’s time to take these to the golf course for testing, some days were sunny and warm, some days were windy and cold, so a good mix of weather. I used the Tour Tee Plus now for over 8 rounds of golf, and here are my results.
I can say that I did get extra yards, on average about 4-5, and a few drives over 10 yards longer than my other tees. I also did like the fact that I could use the Tour Tee Plus as a divot tool and ball repair tool. I also did break one of the Tour Tee Plus which I was amazed, as you can feel how well made they are, so I assume it was my poor swing that did that.
Bottom line, the Tour Tee Plus is an excellent golf tee that goes longer than a few other golf tees I regularly use. I really like the divot tool and groove cleaning option. The Tour Tee Plus also has these tiny dots that raise the golf ball of the tee just a touch, which I assume causes less friction and maybe the longer tee shots I observed. I plan on continuing to use the Tour Tee Plus as it works great and saves me from having more golf accessories in my pockets.
