When on the links, I always use a golf towel, whether to wipe off a club or clean a ball. A quality golf towel is an essential accessory.
I’ve always simply taken a white hand towel, wet it down and thrown it over the back of my bag. I make it a habit of always wiping off my clubs after each shot (especially bunkers) as they always seem to get mud, sand and dirt in between their grooves.
