Although I used to drink Gatorade on the golf course to stay hydrated, I found it to be too sugary and decided last year to change to just plain water. The only issue I have with water is that there is no taste and it doesn’t add needed electrolytes. When playing in really hot and humid conditions, you definitely need to replenish your electrolytes to stay hydrated, focused and energized. After doing research, I found a company that I believe…

I found the product – It’s called Golf Gum. Although I had never heard of Golf Gum before, I ordered some and decided to give it a try. Golf Gum comes in a 5-piece pack. The packaging had lots of information,…
It’s so easy and convenient to grab an unhealthy snack at the turn. Snacking on foods that will sustain your energy and provide extra protein throughout the round is definitely beneficial to shooting lower scores. I’ve decided to pack my bag with healthy snacks and have found jerky to be a perfect selection. There are numerous types and flavors of jerky – made from beef, bison and turkey. Key to my search is locating brands that use wholesome real ingredients,…

Most amateur golfers don’t know all the rules of the game. I can personally recall several occasions where I really was not positive what to do in a specific situation. There are so many rules, and when a shot goes array, we should all want to know the correct way to move forward. In these special cases, golfers should know where we’re supposed to drop our ball, the number of club lengths (if any) that we get, definitions of hazards…

Reinland’s head covers are 100% wool and fleece lined. In my opinion, their covers are very unique and like no other I’ve seen. I especially like that there are many head cover styles to choose from,…
