I’ve used and continue to use a range finder every time I golf. I’ve been lucky to try and review numerous brands and most if not all perform very well, so how could one be different or unique? Well, there is a new company that is offering a laser range finder who is unique and different.
The company is CaddyTalk, and their CUBE laser range finder is definitely unique. This appears to be the next generation in laser range finders based on what the company is saying. The CUBE has several options I have never seen before including Magic Slope, Caddy Mode, Super Pin Finder, and Horizon Detect Laser System.
Some additional CaddyTalk CUBE features include a built-in rechargeable battery, a side LCD Display, 2 Color OED, 6X Zoom Lens, Jolt vibration alert and it is water resistant. What makes the CUBE even more unique is that is has Triangulation Technology. This allows you from your golf cart to shoot the ball location and then the flag location to get an exact distance to the flag without leaving your cart.
To say the CaddyTalk CUBE laser range finder is technically advanced is not even close. The CUBE is super high tech and offers every possible option available that I never even knew existed until now.
I have been using the CUBE for about 6 weeks now, and it is excellent. The display is super clear and locking onto a pin is super easy. Also using its advanced technology which takes into consideration temperature, altitude and humidity is a huge plus.
Bottom line, if you want to know exact distance to the pin from standing at your golf ball or from your golf cart in a perfectly clear way, the CUBE is it. With its advanced options that take everything into account to determine your distances, the CUBE is the best option I have used. I also like the smaller size, as it fits in my hand perfectly so keeping it steady to shoot distances is easier than many of the other brands. The only minor issue I have to say is that the side LCD Display is not easy to read in the direct sunlight. Besides that, the CUBE is by far the most advanced laser range finder you can buy, and in my opinion well worth the reasonable price it sells for.
