A Great Warm-up Tool

Power Flex Training Aid

I always try to get to the golf course an hour or so early to get my tempo and rhythm warm-ups in prior to going to the driving range.  To play your best, you’ve got to have good swing-tempo and rhythm.  I’ve tried many warm-up tools, including the tool with the “orange ball”.  Yet, I have found them all to be too flexible, and in the end, they never helped smooth-out my swing.

My newest find is the Power Flex Swing Trainer.  This training aid is similar to the orange ball training aid, yet I found the Power Flex to be a little more firm when I swung it.  I began using the Power Flex at home for a week, taking 10 – 15 swings every night.  In week #2, I took the Power Flex to the golf course and did my usual 10 – 15 swings before heading out to the driving range.  I found that my technique at the range had a much improved tempo and rhythm. My swing suddenly felt smoother during practice, which translated through to my actual round of golf.

The company website says the Power Flex Swing Trainer will develop better mechanics, build more power, develop perfect tempo and is the perfect warm up tool. I agree that the Power Flex helped me in all these categories, plus it’s simple to use, comes in 2 sizes (standard and small) and only takes minutes each day to use.  I found the Power Flex to be a terrific warm-up tool and I now use it regularly both prior to golfing and while practicing at home. The company web site is https://easiergolfing.com/collections/best-sellers/products/baligh-swing-trainer and the Power Flex has a retail price currently of $69.99.
