I have been practicing with the Lagmaster The RockShot for about a month and I immediately noticed I was swaying often when making my backswing. After spending time on the range with The RockShot and slowing down my swing I was able to train myself to stop swaying. I was also able to understand how to put just the right amount of pressure on my trail foot which led finally to a proper and stable trail foot. The RockShot also ingrains in you how to transfer the weight to your front side on the downswing.
