More focus on the golf course?

4ORE Nutrition packets

Golf is a very tough sport that takes a lot of energy but even more focus. Every shot is important whether it’s your drive which you want to in the fairway or that critical put to break 80 or 90. I’ve found over my many years golfing that staying really focused as the round goes on, is really challenging.

I’ve tried to stay hydrated with water and that works, but it doesn’t help to stay focused, so I’ve been searching for a product which can help, and I’ve found one. It’s called 4ORE Nutrition, and they offer several options for golfers based on what your needs are.

They have a supplement that you pour into your water and it helps with energy and focus, another mix that is for pure focus, one for training and another for recovery. I decided to try the energy and focus and recovery ones to see is they could help.

I tried the 4ORE Nutrition Triple Berry Energy & Focus on 4 separate rounds over a 2 week period. I used it 30 minutes prior to the start of my round as suggested. The taste was good and added no calories to my water. I never had any jitters or “crash” as some people talk about when using products like these.  I felt really good throughout the round and played well. I did notice afterwards that I wasn’t as impatient as I usually can be on the golf course, and when I was putting, I was taking a bit more time and not rushing it.

The next product was the 4ORE Nutrition Recovery packets. You simply add a packet to your water and this product I tested was Peach Mango flavor. I really liked the taste and again it added zero calories to my water. The company says to drink this while doing physical activity so I added it my 24oz bottle and drank it throughout the round of golf. I didn’t notice anything different until the next day where I usually and tired, I was noticeably upbeat and ready for the next round of golf. This product as per the company is suppose to support muscular recovery, support cell building and support cellular hydration after hours of golf.

Bottom line, I felt both products had benefits I was not getting before. I enjoyed them both and do prefer them over plain water to get the added taste and improve my performance. I can see adding both products to my routine to help during and after every round of golf. If you need more energy, better focus, and recovery options to improve on and off the golf course, I suggest trying the 4ORE Nutrition products. I would also suggest consulting your primary care doctor(s) before using any supplements.
