Practice golf with a purpose is the key!

always grind logs

There’s something about recording what you do on the golf course that you can review later that I believe really helps make sense of where your golf game is today, and even better, where you need to improve.  Often, I will go through my round in my head trying to recall where I messed up, and many times I just can’t put my finger on the shots that led to my score that day…until now!

I found a company that makes great tools to help everyone golfer improve. The company is Always Grind, and they make 2 excellent products to help everyone improve by noting what we did on the range and on the golf course. It lets you note your practice sessions and your golf shots on every hole of the round.

The first product I have been using for over a month now, and it’s been a great help. It’s the Always Grind Round Logs. The Always Grind Round Log is a paperback spiral book that you input your golf shots into. It’s organized, very simple to use, and an easy way to put every golf shot on every hole down on paper. It also lets you list all your putts on every hole.

Their second product I have been also using for a month now is the Always Grind Range Logs. It is also a spiral bound boom where you can easily track your progress throughout your practice/range season, develop daily routines, and reflect on your practice/range sessions. In this book you will list your warm-up, session focus, videos or technology you are using, and notes to reflect back on.

I have been using both Always Grind books over the past month and both are very helpful. I find the Round Logs especially helpful, as now I can easily go back to every hole and see where mistakes happened, and what to work on. Before using the Range and Round Logs I was hoping to remember everything, but now it is all there in front of me, easy to understand and a true resource to improve. I really love the Always Grind log books and will continue using them on an ongoing basis to improve my game and lower my handicap.

The company website is www.alwaysgrindgolf.com and the Round Logs has enough pages to log 30 rounds of golf, and the Range Logs has enough for 50 range sessions. The Round Logs costs $21.99 and the Range Logs costs $27.99.
