I’m pleased to report that I’ve stumbled upon a new glove from Major Ace that just may be a game-changer. Although I traditionally wear a cadet-sized FootJoy golf glove, Major Ace does not offer a cadet, so I settled for a Mens-Small. Fortunately for me, the small size fit my hand just fine.
The Major Ace brand golf gloves come in 9 colors including white, grey, orange, black, light blue, teal and red. I choose the standard white. The first thing I noticed after taking the glove out of its packaging was just how soft the glove felt. Major Ace manufactures their gloves from Cabretta leather resulting in a very soft and smooth feel. After 4 rounds, the glove remained as soft and smooth as when I first removed it from the package.

The company also offers the optional “Ace Case”, which is a case made specifically to hold their gloves, which is something that I found to be quite interesting. . Although I’ve not yet tried the Ace Case, it certainly looks like it beats the heck out of throwing my golf glove in my bag! Their web site says the Ace Case holds up to 8 golf gloves, plus it has a pocket for your phone and other stuff as well.
Overall, I really like the Major Ace golf glove. It’s super soft and holds up extremely well. At a very reasonable price, this glove should be tried by everyone who loves the feel of Cabretta leather.
