The focus of Big Balls is to improve your putting from the 2 – 6 foot range. Although Big Balls are extra large (30% larger than a regular golf ball), they have the same feel and weight as a traditional ball, and their roll is very true as well.
Using the Big Balls training tool helps builds confidence in your 2-6 foot putts, which is key to fewer 3-putts on the green and all around lower scores. The concept is that after 10-20 practice putts using the Big Balls, you should then go out and play and it should feel as if you’re knocking a “marble” into a huge hole.
I tested the Big Balls at my home course and my putting was greatly improved.
