I love a good golf towel, as I use it to clean my clubs on the golf course and also clean my golf balls before every putt. I found the golf towel company GECKOZ, and they make some really stylish golf towels. In addition to their unique golf towels style, their towels have some awesome…

No More Bulky Range Finder Straps!

Posted on March 1, 2022

I’ve used a range finder for about 5 years, and as you can see from the picture below, the magnetic strap I’ve used is pretty bulky. Now, to be fair the bulky strap worked very well, but at times it would slip over my button to shoot the flag and bottom line was just bulky. The good news is that I found a company that sells range finder magnetic straps that are much less bulky. I think it would…

Using either too light a grip on your golf club or too tight a grip (death grip) is what every teaching professional talks about regarding the proper grip pressure. I’ve heard several times, to stop using such a tight grip, and to loosen my grip, but how much, and how do I find the correct amount of grip pressure? I think this is a question many people have and really have a tough time finding the answer to. After a…

PGA Tour professional, Jim Furyk, is the brand ambassador for the On Point company who happens to sell a truly unique ball marker – it has a 3-dimensional design unlike anything I’ve seen before. On Point’s marker is domed but can convert to a flat marker if someone’s putting behind you. The On Point ball marker acts as a visual guide that helps you commit to your putting line. It also happens to speed up the pace of play as…

How to tell which way your putt will break?

Posted on June 25, 2018

Successfully reading greens is a real talent that takes years of experience and skill. I must admit that even after playing the same course a few times. I still find it tricky to locate the correct break of the greens. The changing flag positions on the greens make locating the correct line and speed even more challenging. I’ve found that the Sure Putt Green Reader putting tool definitely helps me read virtually any green. Although using the Sure Putt tool…
