My everyday golf ball is a brand name golf ball that costs what I feel is a lot and I hate to sacrifice performance so since I don’t lose many I play a higher priced performance golf ball. I’m always looking for ways to get more distance. I continue to try new golf balls as each year I’m hoping to find the golf ball that fits me best, and I think I may have found that golf ball. So far, I have added about 10 yards of carry, and I have noticed my short shots are no longer rolling off the green. The golf ball seems to launch a bit higher with my drives, and with firm and…

Tour Quality Golf Balls Direct to you at Amateur Prices!

Posted on July 5, 2021

There are a few direct to consumer golf ball company’s out there, but I’ve yet to see on that matches their golf ball to your handicap. Imagine being able to buy a golf ball based on your swing speed, how fall you hit your 7 iron, and what your average score is. Sounds like the way you should buy your golf balls, so I had to try the golf balls from Piper Golf which offer a golf ball match based…

A Tour Golf Ball without the Tour Price!

Posted on December 4, 2020

I’ve played all the golf balls out there from Top Flite to Titleist and literally everything in between. I’m always looking for those extra few yards or better short game spin. Most of the higher end golf balls cost over $45. There has to be comparable golf balls that don’t cost that much, maybe a company who isn’t paying hundreds of tour pros’ or selling wholesale to retailers who must mark the price up to make a profit. My point…

A Premium Golf Ball, at a non- premium price!

Posted on November 26, 2020

There are so many high end golf balls on the market, yet they cost so much money. Finding a high quality golf ball at a fair price is always of interest to me. Sugar Golf is a golf ball company, and they sell golf balls direct to consumer (DTC). DTC means no added costs like the major brand name golf ball manufacturers who have to pay retailers, tour pros, advertising, and others to play their golf ball which adds a…

Trust Golf Balls

Posted on September 14, 2020

In my opinion, golf balls with urethane covers tend to perform best when used with short shots and play around the green. My only issue with urethane covered balls is that they are very expensive. From Titleist Pro-V1, to Callaway Chrome Soft, to high-end Bridgestone golf balls, they all perform well, yet are very costly. Trust Golf Balls is a company that’s been producing golf ball cover technologies for over 25 years to nearly all of the world’s top ball…

Premium golf balls at a very reasonable price?

Posted on November 12, 2017

I play 2-3 times a week during the spring, summer and fall months, and if not for winter, I would play year round. I’ve tried every golf ball, and I mean everyone, from Pro V1, to Top Flite, Chrome Soft, to Taylormade TPX, to Bridgestone, to Wilson Duo, to Pinnacle. I’m always looking to gain those extra yards or that extra spin that so many balls claim to offer. Due to my swing speed being in the mid 80’s, I…
