If there is one thing that doesn’t work for me are training aids that you just can’t take to the range. I really prefer being able to use a training aid on the range before I go out and play a round, so a portable training aid is a huge benefit. The Tour Striker Smart Ball is exactly what I was looking for to improve my ball striking skills. It comes in a very small package and you simply blow…

Imagine a team of experts and engineers mapping the shape and contact points of the hand, collecting data to create a new grip texture. Well, you don’t have to imagine it as it’s been done, and I’ve been testing several of these putter grips for the past 2 months. The company, Rosemark Grips, uses a unique hexagonal design on the grip, which means the putter grips have tiny little bumps/nubs on the grips. These tiny little bumps/nuns to me feel…

We’ve all been there… trying to use our smartphone on the golf course but it never seems to work. There are many choices when it comes to golf gloves and all are very similar, with the only real difference being some are made with real Cabretta leather and some are synthetic. Until now! I’ve been using an indoor putting mat for years and I enjoy the practice, but I never feel like I’m getting my putting stroke to stay on plane. Putting mats are great to use for distance, but they don’t help with getting your putting stroke on the proper path. I decided to find a putting training aid that will help with my stroke path and plane and give me feedback as to how square my putter face really is. I…

The Most Forgiving and Unique Golf Wedge in the Industry!
Posted on December 7, 2020
I’ve been playing with Callaway PM grind wedges for about 3 years, since I saw Phil using them on tour, and I must say I play really well with them. However, I’m always searching for something that works better, whether it’s easier bunker shots, getting the golf ball to check up quicker, or less chunks and skulls. I noticed a really unique looking golf wedge on Instagram and had to give it a try, as it truly looks like no…
There are so many high end golf balls on the market, yet they cost so much money. Finding a high quality golf ball at a fair price is always of interest to me. Sugar Golf is a golf ball company, and they sell golf balls direct to consumer (DTC). DTC means no added costs like the major brand name golf ball manufacturers who have to pay retailers, tour pros, advertising, and others to play their golf ball which adds a…

Staying hydrated on the golf course is extremely important, particularly during the hot and humid summer months. I’ve always been a proponent of drinking water for a long time, as many sports drinks have too much sugar for my liking. My concern with simply drinking plain water is that I’m not getting the necessary electrolytes to replenish my body. This is why I began my search for a non-sugar sports drink that would help me on the golf course. My search resulted…
